Tourism approved and Canada Select 4 star accommodation rests on two acres of waterfront property overlooking the strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains.

Fishing charters available on site, harbour kayaks, crabbing and even a sushi restaurant open on weekends. Three bedrooms on the main floor with additional beds on the lower level. Commercial style kitchen with six-burner gas range, convection oven, icemaker and more! Relax on deck overlooking the strait and enjoy the sunsets. Relax in the private hot tub after your day of activities; Sooke has so much to offer, from world-class hiking, fishing, artist tours and so much more!

Also available for weddings up to 50, family reunions, corporate retreats, yet it can be personal, just for two. Weddings and big events will require additional fees such as ground fees and commercial general liability insurance with liquor coverage. Can be obtained through Barton Insurance in Sooke. Grounds fees cover the number of guest's welcome in house (10) and then an additional $15.00 per guest.
