Born in Iowa near Iowa City and lived there until moving to the Champaign-Urbana, IL area 29 years ago. I have been involved in sports most of my life as was a four sport letter winner in school accepting a college scholarship to play two of those sports. I have been in the golf business for the past 20 years. I have been a Class A-1 member of the PGA of America during that time with 13 years as a club professional being a head professional for 9 of those years. The past 6 and a half years has been as one of the store managers for Golf Discount Superstore in their Champaign, IL branch. I continue to give private golf instruction and have coached golf and basketball at the high school varsity level during the past 17 years just finishing my 5th year at Judah Christian H.S. in Champaign. I have a true love for the game of golf as well as assisting people of all ages improve their skills, enjoyment level and helping fit them to the equipment that is best suited for them.

Whether it is playing golf, traveling to beautiful scenic or historical sites in our country, to having a nice meal away from home or spending time relaxing socially with family and friends, I want to enjoy the activities I partake in and want the best value possible. I strive to provide quality service when assisting people when obtaining those same factors for themselves while exceeding their expectations from the services I provide.
